Laser cutting — South Africa
Fibre and CO2 laser cutting from SA suppliers — flat sheet, tube and plate.
Laser cutting is the fastest, most accurate way to turn flat sheet into ready-to-assemble parts. V Intellect routes laser-cutting RFQs to vetted SA workshops with fibre and CO2 lasers, automated tube cutting and end-to-end finishing capability.

Laser cutting FAQ
DXF is the universal format. AI, EPS, DWG and PDF are commonly accepted. Avoid raster (JPG/PNG) for production work — they don't convert to clean toolpaths.
Fibre laser tolerances are typically ±0.1 mm on edges and ±0.05 mm on hole positions for sheet under 6 mm. Heavier plate has slightly wider tolerances. Critical dimensions should be flagged in your RFQ.
