POPIA Notice

This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and explains how we process personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013.

Lawful basis for processing

• Contractual necessity (operating your account, processing payments, routing RFQs).
• Consent (marketing communications, cookies).
• Legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention).
• Legal obligation (tax, audit).

Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw marketing consent at any time via your account settings or by emailing the address above. Withdrawing consent does not affect prior lawful processing.

Cross-border data transfers (POPIA s.72)

Personal information you provide is stored on hosting infrastructure operated by Hostinger International Ltd in European Union datacentres. The EU\'s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) provides an adequate level of protection compatible with POPIA. Payment data is processed by PayFast (Pty) Ltd in South Africa.

Data subject rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Where the request can be lawfully granted (subject to our record-keeping obligations), we will action it within 30 days at no charge. Direct your request to the Information Officer.
